I’ve heard it’s better for drunkards to eat without burning the roof of their mouth.

Weak but valid excuse for lukewarm pizza.

Iirc, I saw some pizza shop in an upstate New York college town doing the cold cheese thing. It was on some travel channel show.

The only hot food for which I find it acceptable to add cold cheese with no expectation of the cheese melting into the sauce is the wonderfully nostalgic spaghetti from Jollibee.
It's a gap in reasoning, to be sure. But it is my gap.

Cincinnati chili is delicious. I make it at home a couple times per year.

American cheese isn't actually cheese, so.....
Cooking and Dining
I'll give the burger one a pass. The heat of the patty will warm the cheese and partially melt it. My understanding of this OVSP lunacy is that the dish is served at room temp, so the added cheese won't ever warm up.

I would at least try Skyline, but OVSP doesn't pique even my novelty interest at all.

I'm all about being willing to try anything once. But the simple fact is Skyline looks like diarrhea.

Well, the core concept is chili.

Did they taste like thin layer of chocolate sandwiched between two biscuit cookies?

If you go to milanos and get anything other than the buff chick hoagie, you're doing it wrong.

I've been back to regularly drinking coffee again for a while, also just on weekend mornings. I was thinking the same thing, about trying something a little better, so I grabbed a bag of Death Wish coffee at Wegman's.Now that I don't make coffee every morning, just on weekends, I've tried to up the quality a bit for our weekend pot of joe.
This stuff is really good. Extremely dark and strong with no bitterness or nasty aftertaste at all, and it's got a good, noticeable caffeine kick.

My brother in law bought, and suggested pizza and wings. Though I do love the buff chicken hoagie. If you go to milanos and get anything other than the buff chick hoagie, you're doing it wrong.

I have a favorite Asian market in St. Paul that I like and I always go and grab some stuff to bring back. I picked up a case of duck flavored ramen. Finally got around to making some and noticed that it has 1580mg of sodium per every 210 calorie serving.
Cooking and Dining
Those seasoning packets are almost all salt. Especially if you're bying a 'real' brand at an Asian place; might even have MSG in it.
Try using one of those to season a protein for grilling.
I have two multi-packs in the cupboard. One brand is a 100 g serving with1,920 mg of sodium. The other has a serving size of 117g and has 2,352 mg of sodium.

I had some last night, I don't bother to look at the salt content.
