Re: aldi

Their bacon wrapped steak filets are a quick weeknight meal that is tasty.

Also the white chocolate covered pretzels they sell for 99c a bag...I buy like 3 or 4 bags a week lol.

We got an instant pot for Christmas and after getting over the initial fear of how to use it...we use it alot and everything has been great from it.

First experience with cleaning/trimming a skirt steak.

Pretty easy and the results were excellent!

Slightly off topic...

Say I boil a bunch of broccoli and store what's leftover in the fridge...how many days do you think I can get out of that broccoli without it being gross/vomitorious...?
You can probably get five days in the fridge if it was cooked through the whole way, more if you store it covered in olive oil. Will last a year or more if you freeze it.

Have you ever smoked meat with a non pellet smoker? Are they worth it?

I am looking for a comparison, as some people have said that pellet smoking is not as good as traditional.

Smoke ring and all

That’s why you get the Bluetooth thermometer that alerts you when your meat is getting close to the danger zone

First of all, it's pronounced 'chowdah'.
