What are yalls air fryer recommendations?

My mom has a ninja and it does pretty good. Is that the gold standard or is there a more cost effective one?
My parents have a Ninja one and like it. They just bought me one too lol..

Which brings me to my next question - what do you guys like to make in yours? I haven't used it yet and can't really think of a ton besides wings. Gonna give that a shot tonight

It makes great nuggets, fries, and cheese sticks.

I want a ninja too but they have $30 models at sams club that (copper something?) might be just as good.

Whatever you buy for an air fryer, just make sure it is big enough to meet your air frying needs.

I agree with the mac. I'll also add tofu (if you are looking to make tofu crispy that is a good way to do it). And eggplant.

Gracias, I will keep that in mind for nuggets, fries, cheese sticks and eggplant. I will hopefully never be making tofu

the more I think about it, the basic rule of thumb is if a 9 year old would eat it, it probably tastes good in an air fryer

My parents bought us a Ninja Foodi Grill (unsolicited) so that’s what I have.

Good volume as an air fryer, the grilling feature is ok but I need more practice...but I have five real grills. It would have to a hurricane or blizzard out for me to not use a real grill and use this thing instead. I would’ve preferred an instant pot to this thing.

As noted above, it’s great for kiddie or “bar food”

Get the biggest size your budget will allow.

Made pitas tonight. Probably the easiest bread like thing I’ve ever made. So easy, even tif can do it.

You’re going to hate me so much... the pitas are destined to be filled with eggplant “meatballs”, lettuce, tomato, onion, and tzatziki...

Ninja foodie pressure cooker air fryer combo is intriguing. I could dump the instapot then.

I like our local corn. But I guess after it sits in a truck for a week to get to y’all, it’s not so great.

Our peaches have been spot on so far. Freestones are in season now, so so good.

I bought some over the weekend from Pletcher's in Donegal. 12 ears for $8. I think 2 of them were good, 2 were okay, and the rest were given to the chickens.
