If you cook to 160, it's medium firmness. I think 165 is a little tougher. Both are close to what you get from a grill imo. There was a chart on Google that helped me make my mind up:

we borrowed our friend's Ninji Creami. that thing is pretty awesome at making ice cream. we made one batch and immediately bought our own for 30% off direct from Ninja.
I think I'm gonna need bigger pants. :scared:

Tif would not call that a unitasker, as that term as it is understood by Tif is generally reserved for hand tools like garlic presses and meat shredder bear claws.

I've mentioned these before, but if anyone is looking for new spices to use, I am a huge fan of Craft Spice Blends. I have this combo pack:



The IPA Chili seasoning is my favorite seasoning ever for chicken, by far. The others are also really good on chicken, pork, etc. I recently bought their Cascade Honey Glaze Seasoning, and it's already in my top 5. Just a terrific, slightly sweet citrus flavor. Gonna try their Tequila Lime seasoning on something next week.

I’d do a regular burger, a meatball or chicken parm, a take on a Cuban, and then a roasted veggie (bell pepper, onion, zucchini, whatever else) with mozz and balsamic glaze just because I am vegechoician (vegetarian when the choice is available).

I was thinking burger, pulled pork: half with mac and cheese, half with Cole slaw (remaining of each are side dishes), Italian meats, and Buffalo chicken. I just don't know how to do buffalo chicken that would be good. The chicken parm idea sounds good. Maybe I'll go that route instead.

Ive done pulled chicken like pulled pork for buffalo chicken sandwiches. That would probably work well for sliders.

I tried my hand, but it took too much upkeep for me, especially when I went back to full time work in office.
