Boy do I enjoy when I have time to cook some breakfast
The haters said I wouldn't do it two mornings in a row
What flavor pop tarts?

My wife and I started baking Christmas cookies at like 11am and we are still going. I'm about to hit a wall.
I got real excited to make sugar cookies yesterday, got everything ready, then read the recipe that said to cool for 3 hours. Nope. Called an audible and made peanut butter cookies and they were terrific.
I love baked goods, my wife spent 14 hours a couple weeks ago making 18 different kinds of dough for a grand total of 800 cookies.

That said, for some reason I can't stand peanut butter flavored treats. Wish I liked them.

Sugar cookies are trash in the grand scheme of cookies, so you chose wisely.
Agree. But sugar cookie dough is fantastic.

This is true. It’s only once baked that it becomes plain Jane, IMO. My mom is making her Christmas cookies soon, so I can’t wait for that.

I made tacos last night, seasoning with cumin and Kinders Tequila Lime rub (had all the ingredients of taco mix in it sans cumin) and cooked some peppers and onions to throw on top.

I think I needed more seasoning, and maybe some tomato/pico, but otherwise pretty good for a first attempt.

Went with boneless thighs and cooking the potatoes separate.

Boneless thighs are the best piece of chicken.

Bone in is better, but yes. Thighs are the best.

22 minutes @ 380 in my air fryer, and it produces absolutely perfect chicken thighs. Crispy, bite through skin, and juicy, tender meat. I use Craft Spice Blends on my chicken, and love them. The IPA chili is terrific.

I did that for lunch on Sunday. It’s certainly one I’ll never get sick of.

I do grilled cheese for lunch every once in a while. Last week was nice because I had no fewer than 4 types of cheese in the fridge, and it was an ooey gooey mess.

Turned out really good.

I used to use butter on the bread for grilled cheese. Then I saw a recommendation to use mayonnaise. Game changer. It's way better.

I butter the outside of the bread. Are you suggesting putting mayo inside a grilled cheese before cooking it?

Nope. Put in on the outside instead of butter.

Yeah, the mayo thing works wonders. I was skeptical until I tried it.
