Definitely mimosas.

Then I was thinking:
SV egg bites with toppings 'bar'
Sausage
Bacon
Waffles
Ham
Au Gratin potatoes
Green bean casserole (got to)
Dinner rolls

The Sams by me does fresh OJ now. So I will have to get a few of those for the mimosas, no doubt.

I really don't know, but I want to eat one based off the name alone. I came across it reading A Christmas Carol.

Wtf is twelfth night cake
A cake that looks like a pie but in actuality is made out of cake.

Had my first Ham from Bardines in Crabtree ( @dodint) and... Omg. It was Ah maze ing.

I did it SV 4 hours at 145 and topped with "Chris Lillys Apricot glaze" via Meatheads website. Wowowow

Do you use fresh or frozen wings?

Fresh if available. My mother in law did them for me and they were amazing. I do not know if you have to thaw if frozen or not.

I did SV filet mignon for the whole family for Christmas...smashing success. Talk about an easy way to impress the hell out of everyone.

Better for this thread, but we just watched Chef (my first time), and I absolutely loved it.

How has it taken you this long to watch Chef!? Easily one of my favorites and the food porn is of the highest level.

I have no excuse, and I feel shame.

The credit scene, where Roy Choi demonstrates the grilled cheese, was in The Chef Show, but I just never felt the urge to commit to the full 100 minutes. I'm glad Mrs Tif noodged me about it. The banter between Favreau, Leguizamo, and Cannavale felt very improvised, as did the scene with Iron Man.
