In my experience the surprise banana generally comes from the re-anusing, but to each their own.

Tonight’s pizza: hot soppressata and pickled jalapeños. When the pizza was cut, hit it with some hot honey.
9.5/10. Would recommend.

Kroger has brisket on sale $2.99 a pound. Headed over to Weirton to stock up. Got a 17 lb Full Packer. Probably split it and smoke the flat, and do burnt ends with the point. A brisket this big might be a problem to smoke all at once, my smoker isn’t huge

Last week I smoked three racks of ribs and some venison bologna. I’m definitely ready to try some more stuff as soon as the weather gets just a little warmer.

I did two racks of baby backs yesterday actually as well. I miss the days when brisket everywhere was like $1.99-2.19pp

I paid $5.99/lb for a corned beef flat at Costco yesterday, since it looked terrific. Hoping that it's better than the stuff we have been getting at the grocery store for years.
In other news, Costco has their coffee cake muffins in stock again. Those things are A+.

Good ole Romanesco. Tastes like a nuttier version of cauliflower.

Just had their chicken chunks, and holy hell are they fantastic. Everyone loved them.I love the Just Bare products. They have a breast filet like a ChicFilA sammich.I may go as far to say as these things are better than chick Fila. Wow

Must be nice to have market options not all monopolized by Giant Eagle or pushed out by GE like Kuhns or Shop N Save

Do you have a Costco nearby? It’ll change your life.

I'm apparently smack dab in the middle of a Costco love market triangle. Cranberry, Robinson, and Waterfront
