What time do you eat dinner?

Our daughter’s best friend stayed for dinner last night, and mentioned that we eat really early (5pm) compared to her (6:30pm). So I’m curious to hear when others eat. We both work from home, so 5pm makes more sense for us given that we’re also early birds.

I work onsite until 5. My wife has a varying schedule through the week, but it's typically until then as well. On a normal night, we're a 5:30-6:00 family. So I'll just vote 6.

Depends on the day.

If I'm at the gym after work, I'm not eating til 730 or 8. If I go home right after work, it depends on how comfortable I feel on the couch. I've had nights where I've gotten back and eaten at like 545, then other nights where I veg out, realize it's like 730, and rush to eat.

I've eaten around the 6 PM hour most recently, so that was my answer.

My wife works 10 to 6 because art. So...by the time she's home from yoga or her boyfriend's, it's usually 7:30 already.

When it's my dinner night, it's either early (6ish) or very late 9ish.

Same here. Generally try to finish by 6 and get a 12 hour fast before breakfast

6:30-7 on a “normal” day, but those are rare. If I have a game, it’s 4:00 or 9:30. Sometimes if I work later it’s closer to 8, but I’m definitely hungry earlier.
