Texas and Oklahoma have agreed to extend their historic rivalry game at the Cotton Bowl through 2036, the two schools announced Wednesday.

As part of the deal, the city of Dallas has agreed to an estimated $140 renovation of the aging stadium, which opened in 1930.
What an investment.

I was wondering why I hadn't really heard much about Colorado or Deion in a while. Their last win was in October?? jesus

I'm guessing Deion is a much better recruiter than he is football coach

Deion has natural athletic ability at a level that most professional athletes wouldn't understand let alone us turds. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he knew absolutely nothing about coaching football from a strategy standpoint.

I appreciate Army/Navy having its own day for what it is, and I'll watch some of it but this is always the wake up call that college football's over.

That said it's 28 and precipitating something in Bozeman but the Furman Paladins out of Greenville, SC are sticking with the Griz late in the first, at 14-14.

Lost 35-28 in OT. Great game.

That swath of the upper midwest from Moscow, ID to Fargo, ND is pretty much dominant in the FCS right now. All four quarterfinals are up there this weekend.

Navy made a couple of bad decisions at the end there. There was no reason to go for two after they scored to make it 17-9. Kick the extra point to put you within 7 and then go for two for the win later on. The QB sneak on 4th and 2 was also not the best play call

That reminded me of some other coach I know whose name rhymes with Claims Stanklin

Eagerly awaiting for Indiana to only bring in QBs that can't throw more than 10 yards

Didn't realize he was QB coach at JMU. Looks like Curt "Hired not Fired" Cignetti just brought a lot of his boys along with him. Shanahan is OC. Tino is QB coach and gets a "co-offensive coordinator" pay bump.

I met Tino a few times when he was at Pitt. Seemed like a good dude, not a great qb.

Crazy entertaining D-3 championship game tonight. Scoreless till late in the 1st half, nobody has stopped anybody in the 2nd half except North Central tried a 2-point conversion with 1:30 left and didn't make it. 38-37 Cortland State, who barely snuck by Grove City on a missed FG a couple weeks ago.

BOWL SZN

All but 3 games are meaningless, but I don't care, I love this time of year.

7 bowl games today but the best CFB matchup might be that NDSU/Montana FCS playoff game.
