My MIL was a character, a warm hearted Italian grandmother whose kindness overrode her flaws. She received a hand delivered sympathy card from Beer Arena at her funeral today; I will just suppose that is an indication she won the game of life because if nothing else her and Frank could throw a party.

Thanks. I know I've mentioned her illness and passing elsewhere on the board and it probably comes across as a bit drawn out. We were going through the cards last night (I had no idea people give money at funerals, weird, it'll go to St. Jude) and the fact that Beer Arena sent an employee down to pay their respects was a really nice bit of humor to end a really dreary day. I figured it was a fitting tribute worth sharing here. :thumb:
