Hot Take: Should have been social distancing.

Hank Steinbrenner passed away today at 63. I really feel that the franchise would have gone in a different direction after George's death if Hank had gotten control instead of Hal.

Toughest QB Seattle ever had. He had an epic win over the Ravens with mashed potatoes for ribs. He was pretty well liked here, in a Dick Tarnstrom kind of way.

Nolan North (of Uncharted fame) has a funny story about the time he worked with Brian Dennehy
Noly was cast for a one-off appearance on whatever sitcom Dennehy was on in the 90s. Showed up for the table read and was sat next to Len Lesser (Uncle Leo from Seinfeld), and then in walked Dennehy all blustery and full of vim and vigor and very boisterous. Sat next to Noly and extended his hand and said "Brian Dennehy. Nice to meet you." "Hi, I'm Nolan North, looking forward to working with you." They go through the read and retire for the day. Overnight, the writers completely rewrote North's character, so all his pages were brand new the next day. Apparently Dennehy thought that with the total rewrite they recast the part, because when he came in the next day and sat next to Noly, he extended his hand again and said, "Brian Dennehy. Nice to meet you." ".......Hi... I'm.... Nolan North......" They finished the table read, and Dennehy slapped Noly on the arm and said, "Ha! You know, it's a tough business. Yesterday, some other schmuck was in that chair. Today, he's out, you're in. Good for you, though." And he got up and left. At which point Lesser tugged on Noly's shirt sleeve and said, "I know you're the same schmuck."

Gave me a chuckle.

That's awesome. And I can hear Lesser saying that in his Uncle Leo voice.
