I love that he looks like Darrell Hammond as Sean Connery as Kenny Rogers in that clip.

I had no idea that Rogers sang that song (Just Dropped In) until today.

Woody Widenhofer passed away a couple days ago. He was the LB coach (and later DC) during the Steel Curtain years and was a key part of the development of that defense. From the Rooney family:
"We are saddened to learn of the passing of Woody Widenhofer," Rooney said. "Woody played an important role coaching our famed Steel Curtain defense when he helped us win four Super Bowls in the 1970s. He coached some of the best linebackers in NFL history during his time in Pittsburgh and was later elevated to defensive coordinator, where he guided the defense in our Super Bowl XIV victory over the Los Angeles Rams.
"A local native of Butler, Woody will be missed by those who knew him and played under him. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Widenhofer family."

Not only a versatile drummer but a versatile musician. That sucks, dude was a versatile drummer. Don't forget REM.
He is credited with playing bass on several KMFDM albums, played guitar with King Crimson and Swans, and also has several organ/piano credits to his name.

I didn't follow them as closely as I probably should, but it looks like Phil Puleo gets most of the primary drumming credits on the Swans albums and Rieflin was listed as additional drums along with synthesizer, piano, electric guitar, bass guitar, keyboards.Oh, I thought he played drums for Swans. The more you know.

On "The Seer", he was credited with drums, piano, organ, guitar, percussion, synthesizers, bass, vocals, and "bird idea"
