He was 29 when he took the Lovings' case.
Also, was played very well by Nick Kroll of all people in the movie Loving.

I haven't had it in many, many years, but I recall Tab tasted a lot like the later Crystal Pepsi. I recognize that isn't a helpful description to anyone who isn't old.

I think the last time I had a Tab was as a 7-year-old after one of my T-ball games.

I remember seeing it at Giant Eagle till maybe 10 yes years ago. Horrible chemical sweetener taste. Apparently it had a cult following, otherwise It would have gone extinct when Diet Coke came along in the 80s.

My Grandmother passed away last week, we had the service for her over the weekend. She wes just the most wonderful, kind lady. She had beed rapidly affected with dementia over the last few years and not being able to see her family regularly during COVID seemed to speed her decline.

I am lucky to have had my grandma around until I was nearly 50. Not that it makes it easier, but once some time has passed I will appreciate how blessed I am to have so many memories of our times together.

I had all my grandparents around for a good long time. All four of them were at my wedding, my dad’s mother passed six months after. His dad passed when I was 29 and my mom’s when I was 42. So many good times.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother passing. Glad you got a lot of time with her.

3 out of 4 of my grandparents died before I was 12, so I don't have many memories of them. My mom had a strained relationship with her parents, so we didn't see them much. Of course, they are the ones that lived longer.

:(

I mark the passing of my grandparents as when I rounded the bend into full on adulthood. Sounds like you really appreciate the extended time you had with her. :thumb:

I'm sorry for the loss of your grandmother, Ronnie.

That's a pretty incredible run. I only actually remember one of my grandparents, and one of my great-grandparents. My only great-grandparent I knew died when I was 6 (born in 1894), and my grandma passed from cancer in 2000, when I was 17.

My wife's grandparents basically became my grandparents.

James Randi passed away yesterday.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/21/obit ... -dead.html

This clip from the Tonight Show is legendary. Carson was also a magician and asked Randi to help his staff prepare for a visit from famed "psychic" Uri Geller. Geller was blindsided.

Singer-songwriter Jerry Jeff Williams at 78. His most famous song, of course, was Mr. Bojangles, covered by just about everyone.
