How much did you have taken away? When I demo’d my shed, it would have cost me at minimum $325 for a dumpster. Found out renting a big 3/4 ton and hauling it to a dump myself was much cheaper

I did something I swore I’d never do - put up Christmas lights in November. Had to take advantage of the weather.

It was dump truck size and about 3/4 of the way full. I'm too old to do that sort of job myself.

Holy hell are they bright. The quality blows anything you can buy at the store out of the water.

Mine were 90% up last weekend. I love having the lights up and love the season, and it's nice to have something to look forward to when the sun sets before 5.

When I turned them on Sunday night, suddenly lights appeared at two of our neighbor's houses as well

We are putting ours up tomorrow as I have to climb up on the roof and don't want to do that once things get slippy. The rest of the yard decorations and tree will go up Friday after Thanksgiving. No lights get turned on until then.

This is exciting. I've wanted to get new lights for when I start to really get into it and lights in stores never excited me. I've bookmarked this for next year.
