I wear a fitbit. It's set to tell me with 10 minutes left in an hour to get up and move around if I haven't had my 250 steps for the hour. So while I'm sitting at my desk, I tend to do a lap around the building and then come back. It'll congratulate you when you hit your steps too. Kinda nice. Today, I was doing my business in the bathroom, reading and article while I was on the throne. I get finished cleaning myself up, and take a few steps toward the sink to wash and my fitbit buzzes with this:
I gave it a chuckle thinkin it was congratulating me on the work I just did in there and then moved on to the next set of e-mails to read.

I have a similar story, but it was in the bedroom and it was my wife's fitbit..........

I take a med called propranolol to treat an essential tremor in my right hand. As a beta blocker, one of the common side effects is wildly effed up dreams. Most people experience the side effect while taking the drug, but I've only ever experienced it on the two occasions where I've gone a couple days of forgetting my dose and went into mild withdrawal (which also had the benefit of sending my resting heart rate over 140 bpm for an entire day in one instance). It is deeply unpleasant, because associated with the wack dreams, you also experience very light sleep, which means you tend to remember all of the wack dreams.

My wife was on this for a brief time and had a similar experience.
