The shorts are comfy though. And I get to feel like an upper middle class citizen in pure comfortable bliss..

garmin > Fitbit as far as wearable fitness devices go.
Yup. Fitbit is fine for people that are strictly walking and want to track steps/activity, but if you are doing any kind of running or want to really dig into your stats, Garmin is the way to go.

I particularly enjoy the VO2 max stuff. It's been interesting to watch my score go down running in the heat/humidity. Allegedly I am between a 48-50 but on the hot days I've run it is slightly lower since my heart rate is more elevated at the same or lower speeds.

I just looked and I purchased my Forerunner 610 in 2011. Nine years is pretty great for something that sees that kind of action. Quality stuff.

I enjoy reading the first 10-20 pages of old threads.
There's a sparrow that sits outside my kitchen window and chirps a lot. He's super fluffy and I want him to be my friend.
I am never coming over to your place again

garmin is still a thing?
Garmin is also huge in avionics. The Garmin G1000 and G3000 glass cockpits are standard in a wide variety of new aircraft from Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Quest, Learjet, and Embraer, among others, and Garmin makes a whole range of retrofit instruments for older aircraft.

Just had a momma and two good looking fawns pop out of the little bit of woods behind my house and run across the front of our church and into the woods behind the cemetery. I'd seen the mom before, but good to see two young ones that seem healthy with her.

🦌🦌🦌

The strip of wood behind my house is thick with kudzu and small trees and there is an elementary school on the other side. I bet without there being school the last 5 months it has been a safe and quiet place to give birth in and raise a couple youngins.

I'm sitting here trying to think of stuff that I actually need, as this is a pretty big discount. Only have to use a single UR point to take advantage of it, too.
