A friend of mine had a Pontiac Sosltice. Not positive what year but I think it is a 2009. He said the right front fender panel and it's mounting frame behind the right front wheel had to be removed to replace the battery. He said it was a couple hour job.

My Intrepid was like that. Had to take the front driver side wheel off, the battery compartment was in the wheel well.
BMW batteries are in the trunk where they belong.

I need to remove the entire grille and headlight assembly on my Silverado to change a headlight bulb. On other cars I've had, you open the hood, twist out the bulb holder, replace bulb, then twist it back in. My bulb change took well over an hour because you need to remove the front wheel well liners and grille, and you know that they don't just go right back in like they should.
