I coincidentally was in a wedding on Nov 2 as well but there was nothing but love and drunk shenanigans. The groom did face plant in the gravel parking lot and looked like Scott Sabourin on Sunday.

This has been a very bizarre couple of days for me. A few months ago we had back-to-back days with earthquakes that, while not major, were pretty solid shakes. Then last week we had a day where we lost power for around half a day. All told, it has made Mrs Tif a bit skittish, and she's gone full prepper; so I just made a $1,300 Amazon order full of tents and signal mirrors and Mountain House food and whatnot. This is weird.

I remember liking that as a kid, but tried it again recently and it’s on par with what I imagine dog food tastes like.

One of the guys I used to skate with on my last beer league team was part of the management team for Guns n Roses in the 90s. He once had Axl Rose call him from Europe requesting that they ship him a pallet full of Dinty Moore beef stew because he didn't like the food in Norway (or wherever they were).

Much? Nah. I know a good number of people heavily into it, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes. I can't stand the music, personally.

Oh yeah, of course. I'm not the least bit offended or attempting to be confrontational haha...I was genuinely curious if you were aware of EDC...

It's definitely not something I thought I'd be into...I'm probably more into the scene than the actual music to be honest...that I don't like a good beat to work with, but like any other genre, you can be bad at it...there's some real interesting technical sound work that gets done (not for a festival scene) like Alan Mor...and then on the flip side, some dumb fun mashup stuff like Two Friends or KapSlap...the latter, I reckon most people could figure out if given the time and the tools...

And no meow - EDM festivals are pretty much the smokeshow capital of the world. You're basically walking around with half a chub the entire time, because there are just dimes flaunting their nickels all over the map...
