Don't get me wrong, in Texas 'chili' with beans is called stew. But I like how the pineapple is a measured amount, but the loopy ingredients are dealer's choice. How 'bout I put 'none' cauliflower in my chili, there, Waynard.

Random musing. I was driving back home after picking up a pizza (which was also the first time I've left my property in six days), and I passed a sign that said "School Bus Stop Ahead." We see signs like that all over. But do they ever check to see whether those signs are still needed? For example, the road between Slippery Rock and I-79 at London has a sign that says "Hearing Impaired Child." I just checked on Google street view, and it's still there (looking faded and worn, but still there). To the best of my recollection, that sign has literally been there my whole life, so the "child" in question would have to be at least 44 years old.

Just noticed that the recipe does not include any chili powder, and hence I believe it cannot be chili. We can debate whether chili should have beans or not, but I would argue that without chiles, it cannot be chili.

Gotta say, buying that foosball table was the best thing I did this year. We play every single night, and everyone really gets into it. For what we paid, the table is outstanding, too.
