Leave Michael Bolton out of this.Social media is the facilitator, but these talentless clowns no talent ass clowns are really the ones to blame.

donated platelets today for the first time. it's not easy to sit there for 2+ hours and not move your arms. overall it went better than I expected to. I got a little chilly but the staff was there with warm blankets when I needed one.

I am due to go give one of those Super Red donations next week. First time I did it, I remember really not liking the feeling the anti-coagulant stuff was giving me. They gave me a couple of Tums for the calcium I assume and all was good.donated platelets today for the first time. it's not easy to sit there for 2+ hours and not move your arms. overall it went better than I expected to. I passed on milk and bought Silk Almond Milk. This stuff is butt. How is this crud still sold?

I really just use it for coffee. I realize that it is almond and not hazelnut, but it seems to be more of a cheap hazelnut non-dairy creamer as opposed to anything resembling a milk alternative.I am not a fan of almond mild either. recently I've started having oat milk. it's a pretty decent substitute.I passed on milk and bought Silk Almond Milk. It's kind of like those veg/vegan articles that you see from time to time that suggest alternatives... "Instead of a cheeseburger, have baked eggplant." Um, no, those are not alternatives for one another.

Anyone know of $350 for an unopened Nintendo Switch is an okay price? Can’t find them in stores.

unopened is good as long as you open it to confirm it's actually in the box before handing over your money. don't be that guy.
oh, and make sure it's not Nintendo Switch Lite. that model is cheaper.

Funny timing on this one. My 235 sht the bed while we were in OBX last week. I have been taking it down there for six years, wearing it in the ocean, no issues. Well this time, my daughter was swimming with me and I think she was pressing a bunch of buttons while hanging on to me, which apparently is not recommended in the water.Sadly my Garmin Forerunner 610 **** the bed this morning. It started doing a constant boot loop while on the charger at like 4am and is dead. It did this before a few weeks ago but I don't think it's coming back this time. It did well, though. I've had it for something like 6-8 years. I actually *just* threw away my 410 during the move, which I used when I was in the military.
I've been wanting a new one, particularly one that could sync directly to wifi on its own. But it's always lame having your hand forced.
Fast forward to today, and my vivoactive 4 came in the mail. I like the watch so far, but obviously haven't taken it out for a spin yet. Definitely much sleeker and advanced than my previous.

That's sounds nice, I'm looking forward to something new. We've had ours for something like 8 years so it should be a pretty big jump for us.
My 610 did snap out of it. But my wife's 610 is losing battery capacity. My guess is both of us will be in new watches by the end of the year. Likely a 935 for me, which is the top of the line from the last generation. You can still get them new.

Good choice--I was between that and this one. That's sounds nice, I'm looking forward to something new. We've had ours for something like 8 years so it should be a pretty big jump for us.

I have this weird passive-aggressive thing going on with my neighbor.
He is obsessive about mowing his lawn. He cuts it twice a week, and it's so short that he burns the grass and there are bare spots. I do think it's a mental illness.
Meanwhile, I pay a dude every three weeks to cut the lawn. I just can't be arsed to do it more than that.
Anyway, before he cuts his lawn he hand weeds (especially early in the spring). I watched from my garage as he threw clumps of weeds onto my lawn. For some reason, I didn't even think to confront him on it. I just thought it was odd. Subsequently, I've found odd clumps of weeds on my lawn since then, but I haven't seen him throw them there directly.
Yesterday, as I backed out of my driveway, I noticed he had a few mushrooms growing on his lawn due to the rain we've had the last few days. Big, Mario Brothers sized ones. My wife also noticed them a few hours later.
I pull in my driveway at 6, and there they all are dug up and thrown into my lawn. About 6-7. It's obvious they weren't growing in my lawn, as they were not stuck in the ground and just sitting on the grass.
I mean, wtf is wrong with this guy? I get throwing the occasional weed, as I won't even notice it. But huge white mushrooms? I think he thinks because my grass isn't cut to a 1/4 inch height twice a week that we don't care about it or something.
I threw them back on his lawn this morning. dadhole.
I rarely see the guy, but the next time I do, I intend on asking him WTF. I might even put a security camera to watch his ass.

I wonder how much it would be to rent the biggest, clearest piece of glass for a week...just lean that invisible force field up against your fence until a couple of mushrooms bounce back and hit him right in his dumb mouf...probably cheaper than a security camera...though, I will want to see the security footage of his reaction...
