Usually the packages we get on Sundays from Amazon are delivered in what looks like cars driven by normal people that deliver packages as a side job haha.

Three paycheck month, sweet. Normally that doesn't mean anything because I do not budget monthly. But this year I started having half of my mortgage payment taken out of my check and deposited into a savings account, spread loading my biggest monthly bill over two pay periods. But at the end of the month there is a half a mortgage payment surplus in savings that is not accounted for anywhere else in the budget. Score.

Our next three paycheck month is August.

I kind of liked the military model of getting paid on the 1st and 15th every month. It made monthly budgeting super easy. Right now I do my budget about three pay periods out instead of by month which takes a little more effort.

I get paid once a month, and I hate it. I don't have budget issues, but it sucks. The five Friday months (we get paid on the last Friday of the month) means that we submit timesheets up to twelve days before the end of the month. As a supervisor, someone always gets sick or takes an unannounced day off, meaning I have to track that into the next month.

All to save in payroll processing costs, which they then subcontracted out to ADP. Sweet.
