I cant remember the last time I had a blizzard, but I was a reeses peanut butter cup or Oreo guy

https://thetakeout.com/all-of-dairy-que ... 1798251669

The technology has really advanced:
1. Royal Oreo (17.5 points)

The thing with trying to upgrade a classic is that it will always be compared to the original. The Royal Oreo Blizzard doesn’t attempt to change the fundamental truth that Oreos and vanilla ice cream pair well. Instead it makes one simple addition: hot fudge in the center. While a single bite of the Royal Cheesecake might be more pleasing, it’s rich enough to wear you down. Instead, the Royal Oreo is the Blizzard that’s the most enjoyable and requires the least amount of effort over time. Even as it got warm and the ice cream got watery, the pleasant flavors remained. It may not be the most decadent option on Dairy Queen’s menu, but it’s certainly the most pleasing. All hail the Royal Oreo.

Bad take alert.

I prefer the chocolate cookie over the filling. Double Stuff is grody. The thins are the best Oreo, IMO.

The filling is too sweet for my taste. I still dig an Oreo, just not a fan of the innards.

Dislikes reese's cups because they're dry. Enjoys oreos for the dry part...

Yes because a chocolate cookie is similar to peanut butter.

Wait until @Freddy Rumsen starts eating his local peaches in July. He (and I) are in the middle of peach country - soooo good.

When yinz visit Myrtle or Hilton Head, go find the SC peaches - especially the freestone varieties available in early July - late August.
Edgefield County or bust. :)

#peach wars
I am friends with several SC Dept. of Ag folks. ‘‘Twas tragic what happened to your fruit crop last year. Between the losses in Georgia and SC, New Jersey was #2 in peaches last year. Hope they have a good season this year.

I’ve aleays assumed that Hydrox are heavy on hydroxinated oil, which is not a good look for a cookie.

I did, but I had a whopping 300 posts. I lurked for years before I joined into the fray - about a month before we all moved.

Same for me, minus the post count. I’d be shocked if I even made it into double digits there.

You can all blame shad for me being here. I had no clue the exodus even happened, until he PM'ed me at LGP.
