The local news ran this snippet before a link:
Here's a look from above the great Conemaugh Gap! It's been called the country's deepest gap east of the Mississippi.
I can't believe not a single person made a crass joke in the comments. I'm tempted, but I have to pretend to be professional.

All my years living in Blair County and I've never been to that vista. Need to remedy that next time I'm in town.

So I’ve raved about Wayfair in other threads, mostly for the office/gaming chairs we ordered a while ago. I stand by those reviews, and for the desk we got my son earlier this fall.

So we ordered a small sectional sofa from them. I was hoping, for $900, I would get something I wouldn’t have to assemble. But nope. I got the UPS Ground shipping tracking number a day after ordering it, and it arrived last night.

Unfortunately, it was only part of the couch. No instructions, no hardware, a section missing and so on. Wayfair has the order as completely shipped, but I noticed that (buried deep in the item description) that it was supposed to be two boxes.

So I call them last night - very helpful, domestic customer service. I had to take pictures of what did arrive, so that they could request the missing parts from the supplier.

This morning I get six (!) emails with six separate UPS tracking numbers for each individual missing component to be shipped, instead of someone going into the distribution warehouse and finding the corresponding “Box 2” to my already received “Box 1.”

Checking the tracking, we’ll be getting pieces of this **** couch for the next two weeks. :face:

2020, man.

I flipped over to ABC at 1220. Saw something called "Megan Thee Stallion" twerking for four consecutive minutes (impressive). Looked on Twitter and saw she has over 5 million followers. Went to bed.

That moment when you realize you are out of touch

I was appalled. If that's in touch, I don't even wanna be in arms each.

That said her music wasn't awful. Lyrics were though

There is no limit to the inventiveness of drug traffickers trying to mock controls.
