Love that they're bringing back 8 original brands but all that will do is trigger the Pissbaby because the Generals are one of those original teams.

"Weird Al" Yankovic would make for an awesome Superb Owl halftime show. Fight me.

I'd still take Creed over most of the halftime shows since then.

Prince's halftime show will go down as the best, IMO.

Still the highlight of the night thus far:

I'm seeing porch light bulbs advertised as "dusk to dawn". Anyone use these and do they work?

It sounds like something @NTP66 would have.

I think that's just new marketing terminology for "light sensor". I only turn my porch lights on when I'm expecting a delivery at night.

I have an LED one that I use in my lamp post, HOA rules and all, and it works great.

Source of the post HOA rules and all
What's the rule - that it must be LED, or that you have to have a light on at night in general?

Just that the lamp posts are to be illuminated at night

Not a big deal, but I'm still not a fan. In your case, I'd probably roll with Hue bulbs so that I could crank them down real low.

I miss the look of old gas lamp posts. Used to be pretty common when I was young, but haven't seen one in years.

The house I grew up had them. I think it was built in 1965.

I've got Ring ones that are scheduled to be on at their lowest setting unless movement is detected.

As far as lightposts, my plan for the beam supports in my basement is to paint them black, split a lamp post light around it and use an LED light strip inside.
