It was a Thursday like any other in Okanogan, a small town of about 2,500 souls in central Washington, until 2 PM rolled around. A FATAL VEHICLE CRASH OCCURRED 11/08/2017 ON LINCOLN HWY IN TODD TWP, FULTON COUNTY. 58 YEAR OLD DREMA W. PURNELL OF WELLS TANNERY STRUCK A DEER WITH A 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE DEER WENT AIRBORNE, STRIKING A 2012 FORD F350 OPERATED BY 43 YEAR OLD ROBERT K. BECKER OF FORT LOUDON,PA. THE DEER STRUCK THE WINDSHIELD, BROKE THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD AND ENTERED THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT OF THE FORD. BECKER DIED AT THE SCENE.

I was in a car in college that hit a deer. The animal scampered off into the woods, but it's one back leg was all deranged and flopping around. Guy had a hunting rifle in the car, so we grabbed a flashlight and went off into the woods to see if we could find it and put it out of its misery, but after about 20 minutes or so we gave up.

As somebody who spent far too long looking for one of those damn tickle me Elmo’s back in the day for my neice, but couldn’t because people who cleared out entire shelves only to sell them on eBay for four times the cost, I hope you wind up eating the cost of all of them.

If you bought a house, make sure you visit the county assessor to fill an application stating it’s your residence. If you do, you pay 4% property tax; 6% otherwise.
