not at all. daily I pretty much just rinse it and dispose of the grounds on a daily basis. they say that moka pots are kind of like cast iron pans and not over-cleaning them helps season them essentially. I do give it a good scrub about once a week or so where I remove the gasket and filter.

I am also in the Moka pot camp. I like it but it's not an everyday thing. Especially if you want multiple servings, because all those parts get super hot so it can be tedious to empty the grinds, unscrew the top half, etc.

But I do like it.

I would not consider it hard to clean.

I forget where it was mentioned, but I've noticed that a lot of my recent Amazon delivered are actually shifting from UPS to USPS. My mailman is going to hate me within a month.

That's weird because ours has always been USPS or FedEx smartpost. We get very few UPS deliveries of any type.

Our new house may have Amazon Prime delivery, but also has a communal keyed mailboxes, which I'm not crazy about. Probably just have most stuff shipped to work...oh except my parking lot is closing and my new lot is a 15 minute walk. Hmmm.

Mine has always been like 88% UPS, 10% Amazon, 1% FedEx, and 1% USPS. And I only say 1% USPS because I am honestly not sure that they have ever been used for Amazon before last week.

Will USPS leave packages at your door? I don't think the communal mailboxes - which are **** stupid, BTW - changes anything.

The complex I live in has the community boxes as well but all packages are left at my door.

Yeah, I'm not sure yet. The completed section of the neighborhood has a few larger boxes for packages, but no communal building or office to hold stuff that won't fit in those boxes. So probably front door it is. And UPS/FedEX won't have access to those mail boxes either. Plus, every house in the subdivision has doorbell cams...which could be interesting if there are porch pirates.

UPS/FedEx/Amazon aren't legally allowed to put anything into your mailbox, anyway.

When we get stuff from Amazon that comes via USPS (which isn't often)..if it's small enough to put in the mailbox they put it in there, if it's too big for the mailbox they put it on our porch.

I don't know who delivers our Amazon packages (typically Amazon I think) but they either put it right in front of our garage door which is not a dry location and a blind spot if we are leaving our house and didn't know it was there; or they put it on our front porch which is covered, but they put it right near the steps so when it rains, it gets wet. That's why I bought a big lidded storage box at Home Depot, put it on my porch, and then bought one of these signs from Amazon:

While the occasional delivery does ignore the sign, I'd say 95% of packages have gone in the box, where they're out of sight and protected from rain/snow.
