Blue. No doubt. And this is really a trick question.
The red pill takes you back to a point on your existing timeline. All of your existing knowledge is related to events on your existing timeline. The first time you use your knowledge to change something from your existing timeline, you've created a completely new current timeline. Your existing knowledge has become less reliable/valuable. The further you get from 6 years old, the gap widens between what you remember and what is actually happening...so at some point your existing knowledge becomes useless.
Your knowledge of your original existence just serves as a baseline that you would constantly compare your current timeline to. Your original friends, relationships, spouses, kids, pets would most likely all change...or never exist. You wanna tell that girl in high school that you really like her? She may not go that high school, or you may not, or maybe you both do but she hates you because you're the nerd that knew calculus in 3rd grade. You'd have knowledge of past wrongs that you'd want to right, but most likely would never have the opportunity to since those wrongs don't exist in your current timeline...and you'd still accumulate new wrongs in your current timeline. Wanna stop something like the Challenger disaster? How is a nine year old going to do that? You wanna buy Apple stock to get rich? Apple might not exist, or it might tank.
It would be a nightmare of a life where you'd struggle to recreate every good thing you used to have while trying to avoid things that you either can't, or don't have to anymore.
This would make a great book/movie...or Twilight Zone episode.

And I agree on a micro-level. But your knowledge of world events would be solid for decades until you begin to influence things on a global scale.

Love it, we live in an area that is used to this, allegedly. Say you couldn’t leave the house for what worst case 3 days? You don’t have enough to subsist for 3 days, you gotta get a lifetime supply of sammitch fixins?

In the blizzard of 2010, my final year of college, I walked to the beer store the next morning at 9am. The roads were untouched but damn if that store wasn't openLove it, we live in an area that is used to this, allegedly. Say you couldn’t leave the house for what worst case 3 days? Had porch pirates steal an amazon package from my doorstep today. Fortunately it only contained $5 worth of batteries for my car key fob but still. Bastards!

Woke up to a tsunami warning because of that. Last one I can remember was after the 2011 Fukushima earthquake.

Better yet, fill an opened/re-taped amazon box with used cat litter and place it outside my door.

10 mil is enough to live large but not like, buy anything. Like insofar as to create a generational family fortune.
