Pfft. She would kill me if I spent $150+ on volleyball tickets. It's self-preservation.

You don't want to see all the sweet, tight… play on the volleyball court?

If at first you don’t succeed, try 6,000 more times

I volunteered as a line judge in college for women's volleyball... That was a sweet gig. Standing behind the entire team.

Why didn't the mouse just climb higher on the pole and jump down instead of going up and horizontal?

They aren't dumb animals. It was smart enough to get itself to the original position.

Clearly the mouse should have built an airplane and flew to the seeds. Right, MR?

Why doesn't the mouse just grow its own food...? Sustainable farming is a solution we can all benefit from.

If a mouse can get through a maze in a lab to get to food, it could've figured out another way. I don't see what's wrong with that.

What you propose would require a level of abstract thinking that a mouse is (supposedly) not capable of.

But it was capable of enough thought that it needed to climb to that specific point to jump.

It likely would have if it needed to. I'm guessing it had done it before, and knew it could make the jump.

I was part of the "student council" at my community college, basically we helped set up the little events. For Halloween we set up a maze that was a PVC skeleton with plastic sheets for the walls. I ripped pieces of duct tape while the volleyball player in yoga pants stretched to secure the plastic sheets. What a view.

Bring home the bagels? Sounds insensitive to those with a gluten allergy.

I can't say that I'd feel too terribly bad if a meteor hit PETA in its face.

That'd save a lot of the animals they kill every year.

I gotta admit, I got a kick out of the PETA thing. Somebody sat up all night coming up with those, and they're not half bad.
And we're all talking about it.
