You've got two options: For up to 2lbs. of meat, get a pot of water boiling, drop them in, turn off heat and wait 10 minutes. For more than 2lbs, they recommend using the oven. I'm making 1lb. of the brisket and 1lb. of burnt ends tonight, so we'll see how it works out.Real talk, how do you heat them up? Sous vide?
