Architect Offers Explanation For Pittsburgh’s Basement Toilets (And It’s Not What You Think)
http://wesa.fm/post/architect-offers-ex ... k#stream/0
These toilets are usually found in pre-World War II-era homes. Can you give me a little background as to what plumbing was like then?
The one we had was built in 1960. That's how far behind the times Altoona was/is.

The basement toilets are there, after all of those people need to piss out the Mango Light.

Back to the QB thing...

Made a poll on a Colts message board...

"All-Time QB" and "Other" received the most votes..."Designated QB" was the write-in choice...that one I have actually heard before, now that I think about it...

Cool story about the creation of Peanuts character Frankin:
“Schulz received some messages from the South from [editors], saying: ‘Please don’t send us any more strips with black children in the classroom with white children. We’re going through forced integration in our schools and don’t want to see any more of these strips,’ ” Glickman recounts.

Schulz was famous, of course, for doubling-down if you told him that something “couldn’t” be done.

Ikea now has a line of stuff for dogs and cats. Can’t see it selling well, hard to assemble without opposable thumbs.

I was almost in tears laughing at those. The Pikachu one was so funny...I find mascots to be hilarious, and this just hits the spot...

Those are almost as good as the videos/gifs of mascots trucking kids in football game. I don't know why they make me laugh so much, but they do...

The colt's mascot is aggressive.

Really? The one at the 42 second mark with the big blue horseshoe is the Broncos mascot?

Meh, the Broncos mascot seemed much more dirt-eaty to me.

Uh huh... so we're just going to pretend like you didn't just watch the first ten seconds of the clip and say "NOPE! That's the Broncos mascot, not the colts mascot! GOT HIM!"

His run towards the end of the clip is what sealed it for me.
