I'm **** irate at our Township. They decided to schedule trick or treat tonight, and have refused to take the initiative and move it despite the fact we are experiencing a Nor'Easter. Two blocks away, a massive tree just blew over. It would have killed any children or families that were under it.

My daughter was excited, we have 120 full size candy bars ready to go, and we can't even use them.
**** the township. I’d still go out Sunday night.

Kids are too fat these days...a tree that is capable of killing you doesn't even fall that fast...

I like how having 120 full size candy bars had nothing to do with the point of the story. #humblebrag

If you can dodge a tree you can dodge a wrench or something

Everything looked great until I saw the price. Way outta my comfort zone, personally. If that technology makes it to the mid-tier bodies, I’d be interested.

Happy Halloween you ghouls.

Full size bars here. What are you handing out?
Or do you keep your light off and hide?

My daughter and I made bags for everyone, in case people didn't want their kids digging through the bucket. It'll be placed on a table at our driveway like last year, since we all walk around with the neighbors.

My house is up on a hill. Last year and this year, we’re just setting a table with candy at the bottom of the hill. Next year, I plan to have a sign that says “here’s some candy…but the good stuff is up the hill”

The bucket at the bottom will have double bubble, necco wafers, and werthers. On my porch, I’ll be handing out full size candy bars. I like the idea of just sitting on my porch drinking a beer.

We set up a table in the driveway and will be dressing up just like last year. Hope to have more than the 35ish kids we had last Halloween.

Neighbors say back in the day there were hundreds on Halloween but it's dwindled out in the past decade.
