I don't think I've ever had a good flavored soda in that vein.Zesty Blood Orange Diet Coke tastes like burnt dadholes distilled in dip spit.
Do not recommend.

i don't know what is more impressive about cherikee red, the taste or the outrageously offensive name
Randomness Dos
it's so good that the offensive name doesn't matter. That's how you do it.

YouTube recommended me a wood-turning video, and I can't stop watching these:

I was on that kick earlier in the year. The videos are so fascinating. I wanted to buy a lathe and everything. Fortunately, the price kept me from jumping into a hobby for which I probably don't have the time or talent.

Update from July.We landed 3 hours ago. Still on tarmac. They are now breaking the law.
Which means they get fined and we get nothing. Because the cost of the fine is less than the cost of messing with another flight to get us to use the gate.
I sent a scathing complaint to the department of transportation on this incident. The airline gave me $1,200 in return. They also gave me $250 for a similar incident in May. Sometimes it pays to write insane emails, folks.
...but because row 1 of first class got to deplane at exactly 3 hours, they were not actually breaking the law. Even though the folks in the back were stuck for > 3. Pfffffft.

Neat. I remember watching a documentary once on the actual Japanese craftsmen who still make katanas, and IIRC everything they did was correct, albeit at a greatly accelerated timeline. I want to say the final polishing process for a katana blade takes something like a year just by itself, and there are special craftsmen who do nothing but the polishing. The guys in the video can be excused for not taking that long.
The katana has a reputation as a super-duper über sword, and while they were very capable blades, the reputation is rather overblown. All of the elaborate folding and shaping and the two-layer construction is caused by the fact that the steelmaking process used by the Japanese wasn't very good at all, and in terms of composition even very good blades were often little better than pig iron rather than steel. Contemporary European steel was much better. Katanas as a result tended to be rather fragile and brittle, at least compared to something like a European arming sword. It's quite possible that a katana used the same way as in Kill Bill would chip or break halfway through the fights, but that wouldn't make for a very magic movie.

So, Geo Guessr sucks now. The World game is the only free version, and you can only move by clicking the arrows. You can't click further up or down a road to shoot ahead.

I got dumped on pretty hard for doing this when the game first came out. I was like, "Why in the world would anyone want to play this game any other way?" Instead of being a sleuthing affair, it is reduced to just being literally looking around and going, "Um....... Santiago, Chile?" Wow. How fun.So, Geo Guessr sucks now. My mom's crappy laptop is dying. She only uses it to get online (Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, Etsy, etc) and to play stupid Facebook games. Is there any reason a Chromebook would not be sufficient for her needs?

Not at all. In fact, her needs are why Chromebooks were invented. My mom's crappy laptop is dying. She only uses it to get online (Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, Etsy, etc) and to play stupid Facebook games. Is there any reason a Chromebook would not be sufficient for her needs?
