Went to the grocery store hungry not once, but twice this weekend. Such a terrible idea.

Same concept, but for me the danger is when I go to a place like Crate & Barrel or Sur la Table after a morning of watching cooking videos on YouTube.

It's Target for me. Go into the store with a set number of items to buy, come out with far more than planned.

I mean, I know it happens on a daily basis to people all over the world. I do kind of chuckle and read along with the guy I've heard it so many times.

I laugh at the part around where he says he tolerates her and she should be grateful. I think about my wife, and it's def the reverse. She tolerates me.

It is effective, because I think about it and talk about it.

I'm selfish, though.

I've made it this far without battering my wife, which is a first for my lineage. I recognize it's an issue the majority of women face and I'm sympathetic to that, but me listening to that spot over and over won't change it. So between me and my radio the station gets turned every time now. I thought it would end with VD but it was there this morning.

While I know it's a legitimate, horrific issue, these PSAs do nothing. In fact, some dolts with agree with it.

The domestic abuse and don't buy for the other guy PSAs make me chuckle. Not because of the seriousness of the issues but because they both paint men as the only perpetrators. Women physically abuse men as well.
