I can confirm that Pfftdik is moving to an old coke oven in Hazelwood.
I dig that industrial look.

I'm 15 seconds from OH and 5 minutes from PA, so its WV-OH-PA for us.

On a Town Hall conference call for my division at work.

Corporate buzzword of the month: "Big Rocks". Referring to key items to tackle.

Boring...

I always point out corporate buzzwords at my work...so funny...

I think the most grating of all is "own it" - for some reason, I just hate that phrase...

One person speaks entirely in acronyms and shortened words (like, "re-org") and I said to our group that "we're too busy to say full words right now..."

Let's not re-invent the wheel here, guys. I don't want to move the goal posts, but some group-think is going to be needed. Keep your eye on the prize. This project is on the run way, so let's keep the ball rolling and moving forward, while avoiding paralysis by analysis. Forget about the low hanging fruit and avoid the guardrails or there will be a come-to-Jesus moment.

I had a boss tell me to "interface" with a co-worker on my first day.

I knew I wouldn't like it there.

Gibbles, Martin's and Shearers are up my alley. Can't beat homemade, though.

Not sure if anyone knows anything about the Bali 9 or not but it was a big deal when I was in Aus. The two leaders are getting executed in 15 mins.. for smuggling drugs. Pretty sad

Adding a slice of tomato to a simple lunch sandwich. What a game changer.

Agreed, but...removing the slice of tomato from a fast food burger is also a game changer. :thumb:

Or.....asking them to "hold" an item off said sandwich to guarantee a fresher item. Winning!
