Lol at the 6-11. Also, broncos, browns and patriots above the Steelers. Actually, the whole 6-20 is hilarious. Need to bookmark to see how badly they missed.

If there's one thing I know, it's that you don't count the Steelers to finish under .500 until they actually do.

"Looking back on this, that's what I did," Bell said. "When I was playing football, I smoked, bro. Even before the games, I'd smoke and I'd go out there and run for 150, two [touchdowns]."

When Bell finally left the Steelers, he played for the New York Jets in 2019 and two games in 2020. The Jets' coach at the time was Adam Gase, who came under criticism from Bell on the podcast.

"Bro, we get to New York, and that's when you instantly find out that head coaches make a huge difference," Bell said. "As soon as I get to New York I find that out like the first week. ... Bro, the team wasn't that great, don't get me wrong, but I feel like if Coach [Mike] Tomlin [of the Steelers] was coaching that team, we win nine games at least. It's to the point where [ex-Jets quarterback] Sam Darnold don't even know like the actual line's protections because he's so confused about our offense because the coach is confusing him."

Isn't he supposed to have a couple rape allegations before he settles down and becomes a family man? Is he at least going to wait to be born again?

Good. It needs the upgrades and we don’t have to deal with new stadium drama/taxes.

Hopefully all the concourses are windowed in with heating/cooling, the fans are actually covered by a roof and there’s a retractable roof for the field. Otherwise the place will still be a complete dump.

He was speculating what some of the upgrades would be, and said the roof is a no go as it's not even structurally feasible. I personally don't think we need a roof, I enjoy outdoor football in the elements.

The speculation would be things like replacing the bleachers in the upper endzone with seats, adding additional suites, especially for the families, building out some of the lower concourses, etc.

Don't expect any huge change to the stadium. Especially a roof. Which I'm completely fine with.

Still a dump then. At the very least, fans should be covered so they don’t get rained on the entire game.

When the weather sucks, the stands are at least 1/4 empty. That’s good in theory but not in practice. I don’t think I’m asking for much to have the stands covered like every single stadium in Europe

I bet those seats are still sold though. I don't think the Steelers care to invest what would be a ridiculous amount of money in retrofitting a roof for fans who bought tickets but choose not to sit out in the rain. It's also apparently impossible.
