Cantlay, wow. What a sequence. One of us...
He was classy and talked after the round. He felt like the only way he could have made a 4 was to smack it out of the bush into the fairway. Tom Kim didn’t bogey once this week and is the 3rd player to do that and win. The kid is on a meteoric rise.

Yeah, playing out of the bush was the right call. It was chucking the unplayable drop into the water that really had you scratching your head. It clipped a shrub on the way out, though.

After the swing and the miss and the drop, he's laying 4 so he has to get up and down from there to have any shot at a playoff since Tom hadn't hit his 2nd yet and also hadn't made a bogey all week. At least it made my job easier once he rinsed it.

Phil was in rare form today. Unreal.

LIV is essentially predicated on lies, distortions, and dirty money.

Did you know that Jim Nantz was a roommate of Couples in college? I wonder if he mentioned the win during this Chiefs-Bills game.

It has taken some getting used to. April through June was previously my favorite stretch.

Not a fan of the Players in March where it is now. Was a much bigger fan of the Players in March when it was 2 weeks before the Masters. Why? Because then, it coincided with the regional semis and finals of the NCAA Tournament and I could catch both. Now, it's right in the middle of conference tournament week, including those glorious afternoon games on Wednesday thru Friday.

man I love fall golf. I’ve always subscribed to the “look good, play good” theory and pants are unjustifiable in the summer but are ideal for NC autumn

also like me a good quarter zip
