Wow....gutted for Mito
What a horrific way to lose. Never should have hit driver there.
Had zero problem with him hitting driver, it was just a **** swing. The way that hole is and it playing 10-15 yards further because of the uphill approach, you can't lay too far back. If he had just gotten one more roll out of that birdie on 17, he could have taken iron off the tee and he'd have been golden.

Jesus, CBS, give us the damn blimp shot of Will Z's tee ball on 17. All of that trouble to the right and you wait forever to show us the ball after we know it misses the green. Thank goodness the professionals take over the majors after today.

Man, JT is grabbing this thing. Really impressive day from him.

Z needs a miracle iron here. That 18th fairway is evil.

That was a special ending. Really happy for Thomas, he wanted that so bad and thought he was out of it. That devastation on 18 in regulation when he looked at the board...

Good stuff

@Orlando Penguin

Has there been any chatter about this? It seems pretty scandalous.

Fun playoff. I like both of those guys. Was leaning towards Will but am happy for JT. I root for him as he seems to be one of the true shot makers left on tour.

I've been off this week and I've hardly watched any of our coverage so I don't know how much we've really done with any of this, especially with this being a major week. We've got the Memorial coming up in a couple of weeks and Jack usually does a press conference that week so I'd imagine we'll hear a lot about it then or perhaps he'll just go with a straight no comment about it since there's now a lawsuit involved.

Leave your head cover in your putter. You will need it on those lightning greens. We’ll expect a full report.

They wear microphones on their hats if you are keen enough to spot it. About the size of a ball marker.

It’s funny, after the PGA I googled if there were any cool golf documentaries about how pros spend their time preparing for tournaments, working with coaches, spending their free time, etc

I found that they’re making the doc so I’m really hoping that they do more than just have the players mic’d up during the round itself but finding out this doc was happening was very convenient

@orlando penguin

Do you know if they are allowing fans at the LGPA event at shadow creek this week? I'm in Vegas, didn't realize there was a tournament here, and didn't see a way to get tickets.

I'm told that it is 'invite only' for spectators. Probably because of it being played at Shadow Creek.

Man... What a round today. I was +9 through the first four holes. Calmed down, played holes 5-13 in four over par, including three pars and a really hard fought birdie on a Par 5. That stretch is the best golf I've played my life.

Fell apart a bit down the stretch and ended up with a 98, breaking my PR by one. A lot to be excited about but man, that could have been even better.
