Riverbend YMCA is a fine course. Back 9 definitely harder than the front 9.

Ended up at 112, which is about normal for me and not bad for the first time out this year.

Turned into a gorgeous day.

I have my first tee time of the year 3 PM on Sunday at Moccasin Run. It's a really nice course nestled in the middle of a bunch of Lancaster County farmland.

I think you guys on the east side of the state should give this track a run

Moon is giving away a "free" round of golf this weekend.

If you buy a box of $44 balls, you get an 18 hole round. If you buy a box of $26 balls, you get a 9 hole round.

Dude....

For a span of ten years, I played that course every single year. That's where we had our pre-FF draft golf outing every August. Damn, this brings back great memories, it's been about five years since everyone moved away so we haven't been able to do this. The parking lot runs down the side of the first fairway, so we would always tee off, get over the crest of the hill, and run the cart over to the cars to put beer in our coolers. It is indeed a really fun little course.

Played for the first time in a couple weeks yesterday (Carolina lakes, for those in the area). Back (tees off on 10) played ok except for being +7 on the two par 5s. Front was a shitshow. I blame the guy who gave me a iced mocha beer at the turn. I had been drinking my normal vodka, and this just threw me off. And I suck. Also, think summer has arrived here.

No cart restrictions for the first time. They were telling people they had to ride two to a cart. Feels different golfing in a foursome and everyone’s in their own cart.

They've already let the players talk on the broadcast more than all of last week. Maybe TNT could get some real tournaments to broadcast

Bet on Mickelson/Brady solely because they were plus odds. It is evident why they were

Brady sunk it from 140 yards out then split his pants right up the middle picking the ball out of the cup

Well, played my first round of the year today. By and large it was bad, although as always I hit some fantastic shots that will bring me back next time. I did hit the pin from about 110 yards out, which was exciting.

This is my golf game, to a tee (ha).
For me it’s pre round confidence > shanking the first tee shot and saying “oh I get a breakfast ball” mulligan

No but I know you've recommended it so I looked up the rates and have plans to go up at some point this summer and play with my brother

He turned it on on the back. I thought alternate shot would be a bloodbath the way he was playing so props to him

Played my first 18 today. Made a slight tweak in my tempo off the tee and fixed almost all of my driver issues that I had the last two rounds. Shot at 84, and that was with 5 doubles. Clean that up and I might break 80 this year.

I shot an 87 at my favorite local municipal today. should've been better but my fairway wood shots on the front 9 were a disaster. improved on the back 9 and even finished up the par 4 18th with a birdie. I too am hopeful that with a little focus maybe I can break 80 sometime this Summer. :D

Hit the pin on a par 3 today. One of these times. It's the hole I always felt like it'd happen on if I ever do it

Hit the bottom of it on the fly and bounced to about fifteen feet. Tried blaming it on the pool noodle to no avail
