That's how the overall winner for my league **** everything up lol. First week he goes out and shoots a 59. Next week a 42, then a 46. I think he made it to the last week without having a round that increased his handicap

I mean, I know next week I’ll probably be in the mid 40s. Probably didn’t help that the simulator gave me like 3 one putts outside of 10 feet.

What’s the deal with the pga thing this week? Does it finish Saturday because of the nfl?

That's my guess. Hard to believe Pavon is the first Frenchman to ever win on the PGA Tour

Yes. When the NFL added the 17th game, it pushed the calendar back a week. So in years past, Farmers always fell on the bye week before the Owl and Phoenix was on Owl Sunday. Now with the conference championships falling on this week, CBS went to the Tour and got them to make Farmers a Wednesday-Saturday tournament which also gives them a Friday night primetime appearance. It also allows Farmers to run their 2-day minority tournament on the same weekend as the PGA Tour event with the final round coming on Torrey South on Sunday.

@Troy Loney did you see that Buffalo Golf Course installed a simulator? Looks pretty nice.

I haven't, been going to one in Mars that relatively more affordable (45/hour).

Do tell lol. The only sims I'm aware of up here are Shooters (they have one or 2 indoor sims) and X Golf

Was not aware that's what they did with the place there, either.

Neat.

Mars? I would think the Loney would turn into a pumpkin if he went farther north than millvale. Then again, golf will make people do crazy things.

You aren't too wrong here.

Was definitely not my spot choice, this was the sim spot that the group I play with used last winter
I definitely explored other sim spots in and around the city.
The BYOB immediately makes it ahead of any of the chain type spots (5i)
And the price is better than any I could find for the small individual room type places (Homestead, Castle Shannon, didn't see many other ones).
I know some golf courses have sims, like Butlers and now Buffalo, but those drives are more annoying than this one.
That Mars drive is almost pure highway, so it's <40 min for me
Lastly, wings at Breakneck Lounge (right down the street) are great.
