Sounds like ulf’s taste in friends is somehow as poor as his taste in sports franchises

Man I was happy to see Kirk win this weekend. What a comeback.
He has a pretty swing
That approach shot on 17 was perfection

4 year old LITTle and I worked on a project that’s been collecting dust for a bit while Mrs LITT was out with her gal pal and mini LITT was napping. Mrs LITT snagged me this display case at goodwill in November. We used loctite blue to glue down the small magnets. The four small markers at the top we drilled into the backing. The navy marker at the top we found in my grand dad’s apartment when we were cleaning out after he passed - he served in WWII. The shell on the other side was from my other grand dad’s funeral when he passed - he served in the army air corps in WWII as a navigator in a bomber. Still trying to figure out what to do with the poker chip sized markers. One of the oakmont markers and the sunnehanna are not magnetic so thinking thru options.

Very cool.

I was looking at shadow box making, there are some good videos on YouTube about securing large coins.

Unreal performance. The par save on 18 to avoid the playoff was ice water

I see a transwoman is entering the LPGA world, because we need to make sure that culture war stuff is always front and center.

Hopefully the LPGA just says "sorry, can't compete"

one girl I play with in florida when I go competed with her on some mini tour events and lost out on some money and opportunities. i never get too into that argument, the amount of time and attention the trans in sports thing gets is v out of proportion for the amount of times it actually happens. but it does suck when it is someone you know personally being affected. so hopefully the LPGA just does the right thing (that said this chick isn't good enough to win on tour anyway)

When it is costing people actual money, it's time to reevaluate

The use case is valuable for the folks that desperately want to have this fight.

I do have a hard time understanding the mindset of anyone pushing for her to be allowed to play on the LPGA tour. One of those, there is eventually a line, and if you refuse to establish it, then the "ladyballers" reality will be tested.

I would say I'm generally pretty empathetic of the trans athletes in these situations because they're usually the ones that have most of the hate pointed toward them

that said, Hailey Davidson has "World's 1st transgender person to win a professional golf tournament" in her IG bio and it...gives me a bit of pause.

also, it's hard to find average driving stats for that tour but she does have the third longest drive on the tour (which is only 260 which is...surprisingly short that that's the third longest but that's neither here nor there lol)

idk, ultimately it's disappointing that this conversation keeps getting murkier

Kim's $10 million insurance policy was a nice deal in 2013. Maybe he's realizing he can make 5x that amount in terror bucks and wants to cash in before the inevitable Saudi buyout.

For my simulator league, the first two weeks were for handicapping purposes. We play 9 holes each week and my handicap after the those two was a 10 (20, but it was for 9 holes, so 10).

Now, I’m well aware that I’m better than that in real golf, but getting used to the simulator took a bit. The first week of actual play, I shot a 39.

I turned in my card and the guy at the desk looks at the card, looks at me, and goes “you shot a 39???” In a very suspicious/accusatory way. I just said “yep” and left.

After I had some time to think about it… they have my round on record. It’s impossible to cheat as the whole round is in the system. Kindly f*ck off, sir.
