ESPN+ getting the full commercial treatment this weekend. Usually, on Thur/Fri it's a half-hour of golf with a break for THIS IS MAYA TITAN and then back to golf.

I was just trying to find a stream for it and saw it was on ESPN+. $7 a month to occasionally watch live sports and also watch a bunch of commercials? yeah, no. I'm just gonna use a sketchy free stream

$7/mo for 4 days of non-broadcast golf every week, with multiple feeds is a smoking deal. And on top of that you get all the other sports and the on demand catalog.
On a per hour basis its the best value streaming service I have.

I know that NHL is on it but that's over now with all playoff games on cable. it looks like they do have MLB games but it doesn't look like all of them (only one a day?) so I don't see the point

I work from home. On Thur/Fri I get to my desk and fire up the app and have golf on both days until 3pm. It's worth it for me. Just wish the controls were a little better, ffwd and rwd are a little clunky.

John Daly is ahead of Tiger Woods. *giggle*
They are both ahead of Brooksy. *hahahahaha"
Speaking of, I picked up my new Mizuno putter today so my bag is now Cleveland free.

It wasn't Rickie, but Rahm busted a lady in the face with a drive today. Knocked her teeth out:I hope Rickie hits someone in the gallery in the face with one of these cactus shots.
You would think she would have saw it coming. I wonder if she was looking at her phone.

Beau Hossler is an intriguing what if. At the age of 17, he qualified for his second consecutive US Open, finishing T29 in 2012. He then lost in a playoff to Poulter at the 2018 Houston Open.
Posts a ton of T20s and a decent number of T5s but just hasn't been able to break through. Would be fun to see him shoot low on Friday.

Coldest comment I saw was "It's Oklahoma, you can't prove she had teeth before the drive."

Speaking from experience, it's not that easy to pick up when it's coming at you.

Also, what a **** round from John Daly today. He is a 56 year old chain smoking alcoholic.
An honest to God national treasure.

yeah it's kind of terrifying when you see the peeson with the flag pointing in your direction after a drive but you have no idea where the ball is, especially when the sun is in that same directionIt wasn't Rickie, but Rahm busted a lady in the face with a drive today. when I was at Kiawah last year I posted up for a while at number 17 and because of the water on the right of the green we had a lot of balls land by us. No one got hit hard but even if youre paying attention you can't see them until it lands really

Patrick Cantlay looked unstoppable in the FedEx Cup Playoffs. What happened to him?

I had the Rahm group on, lots of uninspiring golf there. Just realized that the Thomas group is also there to watch.

No one can putt. JT looks really good around the greens, ditto for Rory. What a fun final pairing that would be.I had the Rahm group on, lots of uninspiring golf there. Just realized that the Thomas group is also there to watch.

The coverage is ridiculous, but man, Tiger gutted out that cut today. You can joke that it's a meaningless achievement but I love that he is still has that competitive fire

Mito thanks you for the surge at the end of his round. And Pereira comes back to the field
Does he win tomorrow? I don't think so but I also don't think he's gonna hit the trap door button and plummet. Fitzy has been ultra steady through all 3 rounds and this is the type of game he can plot his way around and take it. And it stinks if he does cuz I really wanted to take him at Brookline. Who else could make a run? Cameron Young is a cute story since his dad is a PGA professional but I don't see that happening. Zalatoris? Not with that putter. He lived a charmed life in the first 2 rounds and it came back on him on Saturday. Don't watch his stroke because it'll mess up your game. If it's similar conditions in the final round (forecast says 68 and a north wind of about 10mph), don't discount Webb Simpson. Maybe he blew his load with that 65 today but he's got the major championship chops to put a 67 on the board and see if there's carnage. Rory? No. Backdoor top 5, most likely as per usual. JT? Unfortunately for my pool pick, no. Abe Ancer? I'd love it for him butttttt that's not going to happen either. How about Bubba? He was looking great until those final 5 holes and then it all went sideways. When your ball flight is all over the place, the wind can make it even worse.
In a self-serving move, I'd love to see Mito win simply because last year at the John Deere, we were looking for something on Tuesday and I suggested we talk to him because he had just gotten promoted from Korn Ferry and I figured we could tie that into a storyline of hey, he's also going to be in the Olympics and we may need to know who he is (he lost in that monster playoff for bronze). If I could only forecast lottery numbers like I can pick out up-and-coming players.
