I wish it was HFB but I'm HBF.
I like to lather up and wash my hair then reuse the shampoo lather on other body parts, so HBF is a natural progression.

I tend to wash my face and neck and whatnot in the sink pre-shower as much part of my daily wakeup routine as anything. It's not really a preference or anything I've given any thought to, just a habit that has developed over time. As for the rest of it....... shampoo, body, rinse.

Hair first (shampoo). Rinse, and then condition and leave in hair. Enjoy nice soak for a few. Lather up and do body, then rinse everything (including conditioner) at the end, leaving my skin nice and soft when I get out of the shower.

Body*, hair, face...
*then a separate ass cleansing with a specially assigned washcloth that I switch out every 2-3 days. Then I wash my hands. I like to keep any potential fecal residue or swamp assery localized in brown town instead of exposing it to uptown.
