You just had the feeling the floor was gonna fall out at some point. Didn't expect it to take a minute.

As has become a habit against Ohio State, a Franklin-led team plays them hard, even gets a lead in the 4th quarter, and yaks it away. As long as he is coaching this school, the ceiling is going to be 9-10 wins with losses against the best two teams in the conference. He is incapable of making the necessary decisions and adjustments to win the big game. He doesn't take the opportunity at points when it was 14-13. He fails to realize that you go for 2 when it's 20-16 with 9:00 left. And he employs coordinators who have zero idea how to adjust to what the other team is doing. This is what $75 million + buys you. But he'll keep whining about facilities being the difference. The best weight room in the world can't offset stupid game management.

Say what you want about Clifford -- and many have -- but he didn't lose this game. He deserves blame for a couple of asinine decisions but we just needed one stop out of that defense when it was 21-16 and they got skewered. It's not like they had to defend a short field after being out there for 11 plays. No, they had a long rest and OSU started at their own 25. Then, the offense gets it to 30-24 (don't even get me started on us calling a 3rd down play like a willing submissive before the FG) and a stop there gives the offense one last chance for a miracle. Nope, can't be troubled to cover Marvin Harrison, Jr. So now that the division hopes are dead, Allar should be starting the rest of the season.

Allar's shirt being burned, I agree, a bowl appearance already clinched, I don't even really care if they win or lose if he gets game experience. Sure I guess it would be nice to run the table and get to a NY6 bowl (that Franklin will lose unless they draw a Memphis or 2nd tier Pac 12 team like Washington again), but it doesn't really matter.

I think we all know they'll trot Cliffy out there the rest of the season though. I will be absolutely shocked if they don't.

Rare perfect throw by Cliffy and Theo Johnson vomits all over himself trying to catch it.

Yeah luckily after the first two IU possessions we took the game over.

Really wanted to go next weekend but it's absolutely ridiculous that a start time hasn't yet been announced.

That’s probably my favorite start time. You get some of the tailgate experience and can still get back to WPA after if we want. Noon games we get to the lot and pretty much straight into the stadium, but get to spend time with my son after. 7:30 we have to stay in Clearfield or somewhere.

So I gotta know if Mac Daddy and Mac Kids are going today. Some of those parking lots are going to be soup.

I usually get a parking pass on eBay, a few years ago we had a pass way down in lot 44 or 45... vs Nebraska about this time of year or a bit later. Rain and snow all game. A lot of 2 wheel drives flat out were not going to get out of there without a tow.

This year we were in 38 which is on Park Ave opposite the stadium and maybe 1/4 mile towards the hospital. I'd do that every time.

Nah, we passed on behalf of the hurricane.

Also 38 is probably the best lot available for the price lol. We were there last year vs IU for the stripe out.

Yep dominated a pretty good Maryland team. That's a tough team to shut out although conditions past couple weeks have slowed them down dramatically. Would have gotten Allar in after half but he and Veilleux both got time, can't complain too much.

Weird game IMO. Felt like Rutgers was hanging in longer than they should have, now it feels like it's been a laugher for about 12 hours.
