Congrats, mac daddy!
You guys didn’t find out the sex? We didn’t with either of ours either. Makes it so cool.

Congrats my dude. The next one will be a girl!

We didn't! And it's so funny because on 2 different occasions (during NSTs) the nurses said "how's baby boy" or "let's see what this girl is up to" but my wife was like "uh, no we aren't finding out". The first time it was boy I was convinced she gave it away. Then the reverse happened.Congrats, mac daddy!

Fast forward to today and Doc walks in and says "okay, ready for this girl to come?" and I DEFINITELY thought he ruined it just then, literally as she's crowning then out pops a baby boy.

Another proud papa, congrats mac.
We found out for the first two but my wife wanted a surprise for the third. I did not like the idea of the surprise, but having two boys then a girl, the surprise was worth it.

We've done surprise both times. It's fun.
Also we were dealt with a cleft soft palate. He's eating fine and doesn't seem to be bothered by it but they mentioned surgery within a year. So nothing like starting off with some good news lol

That’s unfortunate, but not really a big deal. They are so good with those procedures now that even if it takes multiple surgeries, they get it all fixed up.

Our 8 year old was having a hard time the past couple days with a loose tooth. He's very fearful of pain, but let my wife and I give a try at yanking it out it was bothering him so much. He was in tears this morning to the point he couldn't eat - both bc of the tooth bothering him but also the anxiety of having to get it out.
After several attempts we joked and said let your sister (2 yo) have a shot at it. She grabbed the napkin, popped him in the mouth and the tooth came flying out. Problem solved.

Just realized we missed the 42 year anniversary of the miracle on ice game. Would've been pretty cool as we went with the name Brooks.

Our 3 month old is Covid positive. Luckily only a cough and it's been 5 days since start of it. Hoping that's all it is.

Totally didn't realize that they left the umbilical cord clip on my son and we went home today. Luckily our pediatrician had the tool to remove it otherwise I was gonna be busting out the dremel and not driving back to Monroeville lol.

Well I was going to sign lil mac up for some rec t ball. And apparently they end sign ups for spring t ball in mid February. Seems a bit early. Also I'm a member of like 10 different community Facebook groups and not once did I even see a sign up alert. Oh well I guess.

That's really early - our leagues down here have signups until the end of this week. Don't you still have snow on the ground?
I remember going to baseball tryouts/evaluations held in a gym because of snow/ice etc.
