I mean, I am happy he did okay. But why can't he do that for meHad my first night away from the baby for a wedding. And of course he has his best night sleep ever with the grandparents.
This is a good thing!

Yeah… my kiddo wouldn’t sleep for my wife. Food source, n’at. No amount of explanation would help. She took it as a personal slight against her and a sign that she was a bad mom.
The switch to formula solved it quick fast and in a hurry.

We had lightning shortly after I posted that, and they remained in the pool. I think they're getting in all of the pool time they can since the new house does not have one.

YMMV but my kids "never" have a bad night of sleep with the grandparents either if you're catching my drift lolI mean, I am happy he did okay. But why can't he do that for meHad my first night away from the baby for a wedding. And of course he has his best night sleep ever with the grandparents.

Took our daughter about that long, as well. The first full night of sleep (for us, not her) was amazing. The little one actually slept through the night for the 1st time. Took exactly 4 months.

My daughter didn’t do it on consecutive nights until about 2. Fun times. Thus, one and done.

I remember the first time I woke up after our daughter was born and saw the sun outside. My first thought was sheer panic
It was right after she started rolling to her belly at four months, you couldn't stop her and she slept great from then on.

She slept through the night again even with the thunderstorm that shook the house a few times.

Lil mac has some severe diaper rash right now. Feel bad for him. Butt paste and soaking baths are on the menu this week I guess.

Also, it's not something I'm concerned with, yet. But I've noticed my youngest son is having some speech problems already. I'm sure it'll come around but I've also read cleft palate babies do take some extra time. He says things like thank you, cheers, you're welcome, but really just hums the syllables. Then he gets visibly frustrated when he's asking for something and you don't know what it is cause it's just mumbles and babble. Luckily in August we go back to his cleft craniofacial doc, and theres a speech pathologist on his team who will see us as well. This doc repaired Sids jaw when Orpik rekt it, so I know he's in great hands.

Which brings up a good point. I never know how to answer the doctor when they ask me about my poops. My canned answer is “I mean. They ain’t winning any competitions but they ain’t coming in last place either”
