Play on the Cooper Station field from Interstellar. You can cover the rest of the centrifuge with Mattress Firm ads.

Arrieta going to the Padres. That's the sound of deck chairs being rearranged and five life rafts being deflated intentionally.

The MLB is a joke with these "super" teams. NBA too.

This just wouldn't work imo. Good luck designing a piece of protective headgear that will not twist and jostle around during the pitchers wind up and delivery.

Not to mention that in the history of baseball, going back to the 1800s, only one player (Ray Chapman, in 1920) was killed by a batted ball.

While I don't think it's necessary, they do have the masks for softball pitchers

there's a lot of really smart people in the world. someone can figure out something.

looking at historical data will not provide the solution for the future. exit velocity is increasing annually. pitchers are more at harm.

Of course, this is the same Jack Morris, who, during his playing days, told the late Jennifer Frey, as she tried to get a quote, “I don’t talk to women when I’m naked unless they’re on top of me or I’m on top of them.”

I wouldn't want women running around in my shower room either if I'm being honest.

Or something like this:

Over $ 250M ---- 100% on the overage
$ 225M - $ 250M ---- 50% on the overage
$ 125M- $225M ---- No tax
$100M- $ 125M ---- 50% on the underage
Under $100M ---- 100% on the underage[/code]
