RE Kershaw... didn't he have an arm injury last year? If you're Roberts, your goal is to win the WS. If Kershaw put up a fight and said keep me in, then I think he's put in the time to try to make that fight. But he didn't so...

RE Kershaw... didn't he have an arm injury last year? If you're Roberts, your goal is to win the WS. If Kershaw put up a fight and said keep me in, then I think he's put in the time to try to make that fight. But he didn't so...
He is coming off an elbow injury on his throwing arm,
With a predetermined pitch cap of 80,
In a season with an abbreviated spring training,
In April,
On a team going to the World Series.

Some would say it would be negligent to ALLOW him to pitch a full game.
