Rendon to LA Angels. 7 years, $245MM. All three of these high priced jamokes are Boras clients, so I guess it’ll be a hell of a Christmas for the Boras family.

Angels still won’t make the playoffs.

Easily the best off-season by a sports agent in history. Boras has a nice set-up.

Neato. He's doing butsukariai, which translates roughly to something along the lines of "collision." Also called "lending your chest." One wrestler provides resistance while the other wrestler tries to shove him backwards out of the ring. It's one of the main sumo training routines, and a wrestler will do many of those shoves in every training session.

I think Hinch gets a one year suspension. Maybe Luhnow as well. Major fines. Loss of some draft picks. They have to come down hard as a deterrent.
Apparently I had that, lol. Although the fine isn’t that big.

I am with ktk. The punishments show that they were found guilty of cheating in a WS year. Ban Hinch and assistants from baseball, strip the title or this is all meaningless in the end

I agree the punishment for these guys doesn’t really matter. They wouldn’t do anything differently since they won. However, I think going forward, not many would say I’ll take a year long suspension for the possibility I’ll win a series. I think it’s enough of a deterrent.
