If the Cubs win again I think I'm done with baseball.

I'll be pulling for whichever team wins the Indians/Yankees series. I'm most peeved with how the Cubs and Astros built their rosters by tanking for draft picks and having payrolls for years that Pirates fans would be irate about. And screw the Dodgers for throwing money around in every arena and being one of the main forces that forced MLB to change the international FA market.

I feel really dirty but I want the Nats to win. I like everyone on their team. Astros from the AL

Dbacks were the only team in the NL I would have liked to see win.

Give me Indians or Astros.

Nats going with Tanner Roark instead of Strasburg.
He informed the Nationals’ staff that he ran a half-mile Tuesday afternoon, was wheezing during his run and simply isn’t prepared to start Wednesday, even though he’d be on regular rest, according to a person with direct knowledge of the Nationals’ pitching plans.
Baseball players are pathetic and apparently extremely out of shape.

Now there are reports saying Strasburg will start game 4. Even though Strasburg gives them a better chance to win, seems like a bad idea to go flip-flopping like this. If he's been forced into feeling like he should start it's hard to see how that's a good thing.

Leave it up to Dusty Baker to find a way to f things up.

somehow they managed to make a lineup decision that was even more embarrassing than the s-rod at first base debacle from the last pirate wildcard game

John Farrell, fired.

What have you done for me lately, I guess.

Indians, out.

With the Red Sox and Indians gone I have nobody left to root for. Only palatable options now are Houston and maybe the Dodgers. Blech.

I'm almost rooting for the Dodgers so Pirates apologists have to stop using them as their go-to example that spending money doesn't equal winning.

Holy crap...even with the Yanks winning, I didn't realize just how bad Judge looked right now.

http://mlb.nbcsports.com/2017/10/11/aar ... trikeouts/

This is almost impossibly bad:
Judge struck out looking in the seventh, giving him his third golden sombrero this postseason. He’s the only player since 1903 with three four-strikeout games in a single postseason, per baseball Reference. Judge is also now up to 16 strikeouts in 23 ALDS plate appearances.
Even with the win, it’s impossible to ignore just how bad Judge was in that series. The previous record for strikeouts in a single playoff series was 13; Judge went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts last night, bringing his series total to 16. Over those five games, Judge went 1-for-20 with four walks, with an astonishing three four-strikeout games.
