The one guy I know who drinks it drinks Michelob ultra. And he's actually a contractor as well.

That's kind of why I suggested light. It's the middle ground between the regular and the ultra.

If you're going to guess, go with light or ultra. I don't know that I've ever seen someone drink the regular.

I bought Summer Shandy over the weekend. I do love that beer. It is perfect for hot, summer days and nights.

Is East End brewing one of those run of the mill operations, which just creates noise on the indie beer market?

Buy him Bud and tell him to shut his stupid fat face and like it...

Or ask him...

Or go with a variety pack of Ultra, Light and REgular.

Or go with Regular.

This gentleman hasn't had many of their beers (big hop and maybe one or two others). The beer was fine, but East End is generally respected because they have been around a long time.

I've had a few beers from East End... they've ranged from really good (Gratitude) to decent (Monkey Girl) to meh (Pedal Pale Ale).

Mich Ultra is pointless, unless you like the flavor of it for some reason.

The crazy thing is that - in the old days - Michelob and was one of the best nationally distributed beers in 'Murica.

2 very good entries from Beer Camp tonight.

West Coast Style DIPA - tastes pretty much like you'd expect with a lot of pine and citrus... it' good.

East meets West IPA - this is the standout beer from the pack so far. They managed to pack it full of hop flavor, but kept the IBUs around 40, so it's not very bitter at all. This was a collab with Tree House, and they did an excellent job. If you like IPAs and get a chance to try this, I recommend that you do so.

I don't drink beer very often but when I do, I love me some stout

Milk stout, Guinness, Lakewood Temptress

If you guys know of any good nitro stouts, throw them at me

Hope this happens. I know I'd like an easier way to identify smaller/independent breweries...

New brewery opened in Cleveland today...https://www.saucybrewworks.com/

When I was finishing up and getting ready to defend, I didn't have a job lined up. Reached out to the brew master that was opening this place and he offered me some work there (as it seemed like we were moving to Cleveland). Super cool dude, and I can't wait to try this place out. He likes doing funky off the wall kind of beers.

So did you go with the heavy? Because I would interpret "MIchelob" to mean Michelob, not Michelob Light or Ultra. Also Michelob heavy and light are both good domestics.
